“We were very selective picking a contractor for our master suite renovation and Lars Lyman lived up to our expectations. He spent a lot of time with us discussing plans before we even hired him. He does not like figuring in allowances for fixtures, countertops, tile, carpet, etc. as it does not give a true reflection of costs so he had us pick out all items before giving an estimate. I appreciate this approach as it is better to be sticker shocked ahead of the renovation than to find yourself not staying within those allowances which can increase the preliminary estimate significantly. Seeing a true cost up front gave us an opportunity to scale back or make different selections to stay within budget. He was great communicating what would be done each week and who was scheduled to come over each day. He was at the house most of those days managing the project but I think he was as excited to see the progress from day to day as much as I was. I look forward to working with him again when we are ready to take on another project!”

The journey to your dream space starts with a phone call where we learn about your vision, budget, and preferences. Based on our discussion, we then schedule a free on-site evaluation to dive deeper into your project's specific needs and location.

02. Crafting Your Design

Our approach involves matching you with the perfect designer from our team. We do not have one designer on staff, which makes us unique against other remodeling companies as each designer usually has their own niche, and we match you with a designer that we think will work best with your project.

03. Sealing the Deal

Once you're happy with the design and proposal, we move on to signing the contract, which outlines the start date, timeline, and other project specifics. We will then have one of our supervisors come by and do a walk-through to ensure everyone is on the same page before construction begins.

04. Bringing the Vision to Life

Our dedicated team works diligently, with regular updates and check-ins by your site supervisor to guarantee your satisfaction every step of the way. After completion, we conduct another walk-through to address any last-minute tweaks and ensure everything meets your standards as well as our high standards.

05. Your New Space Awaits

Once the final inspections are passed and the Certificate of Occupancy is obtained, we do a final walk-through with you to officially sign off on the completed work. Then, the exciting part – you get to move into your beautifully transformed home!
